1.Open ICQ 
2.Click and hold on a nick in your ICQ list
3.Drag the nick to your desktop 
4.Voila! the person's nick is there and you can fully
utilize it like you would by opening the whole menu
stuff 
5 Drag it back to where it came from to get it off
the desktop.
