Word Floating Splash Screen
1.Select Help, About Microsoft Word 
2.The About Box appears 
3.Hold down Ctrl+Shift+Alt keys
4.Click on the horizontal divider in the About Box
5.A floating splash screen appears
6.Close the About Box
7.The splash screen stays on top!
